More About Kay

Kay Van Norman, president of Brilliant Aging®, is an internationally acclaimed author, speaker and consultant who directed the Keiser Institute on Aging, serves on international advisory boards, and is a subject-matter expert for consumer groups that reach over 62 million people per year. She has a master’s degree in physical education and health, and an extensive list of national and international publications - including two books – one that was translated into Chinese, twice! As an early pioneer in lifelong vitality, Kay’s unique ability to both provide thought leadership, and create practical strategies, has substantially impacted the field of healthy aging. Her proprietary Vitality Portfolio® model is featured in her award-winning chapter for The Success Formula, a book co-written with Chicken Soup for the Soul author Jack Canfield and other experts. Kay lives in Bozeman, Montana with her husband and 3 horses. She enjoys spending time with family, exploring the mountains on horseback, and choreographing and performing with a local dance company.
